After having a baby, women will bleed for the next 2-6 weeks. It will be like having a very long period, starting out heavy at first and getting lighter. If that flow changes - it gets heavier after it's already gotten lighter - you should see your doctor to make sure there isn't anything leftover or there isn't some kind of bigger issue. If the discharge is not blood, but doesn't seem like a normal clear, watery discharge, then it is possible you have a yeast infection or something else.
