After son was treated for molluscum contagiosum at age 6months in top of his head by freezing method he lost his hair in several spots at age 17 could this hair loss come from treatment?

Cryotherapy causes scarring in some cases. It seems that if scarring affected the hair follicles in that area, you'd have noticed before seventeen years passed. Another cause is more likely.
