I've never heard of that being a sign of pregnancy. Normally after becoming pregnant though, the breasts become fuller and more sensitive. Later on in the pregnancy, the nipples sometimes become darker and leak breast milk. If you are finding odd lumps in your breasts though, your OB/GYN should be the one to hear about it.
