Are computers addictive

It can be addicting if you continue going on over and over. So, if you see yourself going on more than needed, think, and remind yourself. I have to get off. Go outside and do something active to take your mind off of it.

I don't think that computers are addictive, but its the stuff that you do and use on the computer that could be addictive - such as if you are a huge email fan, or stuff like that.
