The best chance of conception is during your ovulation period. Purchase an ovulation predictor kit (next to the home pregnancy tests) for more help finding out when you ovulate. Conception occurs 5-7 days after intercourse and a woman's most fertile period is on average about 5 days before the day she ovulates which is about 14 days after her period. You need to make sure you are not stressed because that can make it more difficult. Really the only other things I know is to lay down for about 1/2 and hour after your partner ejaculates to ensure that the sperm can swim easier to find your egg to fertilize. As boring as it may be, missionary position is one of the best for trying to conceive. I have heard that a mans sperm count is highest in the mornings and the afternoons.
