It's hard to say, but my grandmother told me any kind of behavior that's not normal or considered normal is a form of a sickness.
he was considered slightly autistic
Many parents do struggle with their autistic child and are concerned about their future. Autism doesn't mean a child/adult who is mentally handicapped. Autistic brains think different and many autistic people only deserved to be understood and not treated like they're sick or handicapped. Autistic children/adults are not sick or handicapped. Many parents should try to understand their autistic child instead of being scared all the time.
Autistic Self-Advocacy Network is regarded as one of the best organisations for Autistic people, not sure if they are a charity or not but they are a good first-call for information on helping Autistic people. Avoid Autism Speaks, they are considered to be a hate group and although they claim to help Autistic people they actually harm us. From propaganda to torture, from supporting parents murdering Autistic children to eugenics - Autism Speaks does not speak for us.
no because it has a lot of sugar and if you eat too much sugar when youre sick, youll be sick longer.
I can safely say that 100% of autistic children are born autistic. Autism is a neurological difference so comes about in the womb during the second trimester of pregnancy and is largely considered to come down to genetic factors. All autistic people are born autistic, you cannot develop autism.
Because people who are considered autistic have to do things others don't have to they have to go to special places in school and sometime don't get any playground time also you are not allowed to leave a autistic child home alone.
Sure...you can get a cold any millisecond of the year unless youre albino
If youre talking about the pajamas then no. Pjs in NT considered a word
I think we were always considered people but many people did (and a considerable amount still do) see us as lesser beings because we were different to them or lacked social skills. I think even in an autistic society some will treat typical people as lesser because I know some autistic people (mainly on autistic networks) who can't stand typical people because of cultural differences(although our cultural differences are considered strange because we look like everyone from the culture we were born into)
There is absolutely nothing that an autistic person cannot do. Autism is a neurological difference, it can be considered a disability as it can limit people in some ways, but it doesn't stop them from doing anything.
ofcourse they are. youre just dumb
denying what someone believes to be true...ex: "Mommy, I feel sick." "No you don't, youre fine."
