Remember to start with the warm-up exercises.

Use liberal amount of lubricant.

Do not use too much pressure when doing your exercises. Pain is an indication that you are applying too much pressure.
Jelqing is not masturbation. Do not jelq when full erect and do not bring yourself to ejaculation. You should only be semi-erect during the exercise.

Remember to finish with a warm-down.
