I have a helathy 5 month old. I just counted respirations at 42 per minute while asleep. Average for an infant I believe is 30-50. Any higher and I would look for signs of distress like fever, illness, retractions (caving in) to the abdomen or chest while breathing. Any of those and the child's pediatrician should be called or if the child is in severe distress or becoming blue around the lips he/she should go to the nearest ER or better yet, call 911. A respiratory emergency is actually a legitimate reason to call EMS.
On average, a person takes about 12 to 20 breaths per minute. If we take an average of 16 breaths per minute, this amounts to approximately 23,040 breaths in a day. Over the course of a month, this would total around 691,200 breaths. However, individual breathing rates can vary based on activity levels and health conditions.
The normal breaths per minute rate for a 3 month old baby is between 30 to 60 breaths per minute. Their rate may go over 60 breaths per minute if they are very active for a long period of time.
Yes
The normal rate of respirations for an 18 month old child is 20 - 40 respirations per minute.
On average, yes. Every month in Saint Lucia is warmer than the warmest month in the UK.
The most recent average interest rate (as of 6/05/13) for a home equity loan is 6.09%. Let it be noted that this rate changes every minute, hour, day, and month.
anywhere from 2,200 to 3,500 per week. (but not every month) anywhere from 8,000 to 12,000 per month (but not every month) roughly 110,000 miles on average per year
Nowhere near so many.
5.6 inches every month
That depends on the size of the city, and if it is that amount every hour, minute, day, etc. for a comparison, the average home in the U.S.A. uses approximantly 900 kwh (kilowatthour) per month.
For the age group of 3 to 6 years, 22 to 34 breaths per minute is considered normal.Of course, some individual variation is possible. If the child noticeably has difficulty breathing, consult a medical professional.
