To start with the cavity use round bur to punch in at three places.Then using straight fissure draw the initial outline keeping in my mind the width and depth parameters. To smoothen the floor use inverted cone bur.for walls use straight fissure.Remember bur will do its work.Dont put in pressure just a firm grip will do.
