If you mean "Can a person with big bones get skinny", then yes. Big bones can effect appearance and make someone look a bit more athletic if they have muscle rather than "baby fat".

Of course, you also have to take into consideration what kind of skinny you're talking about. They won't look like, say, Emma Watson, but closer to someone like Jennifer Lawrence, with more curves (not that Emma - or Jennifer - isn't absolutely gorgeous).

But you're going to have to stay on a careful diet. Big bones can give someone an appearance of being a bit bigger than they might actually be. Eating healthy is definitely important, but taking the time to go to the gym, maybe even getting a personal trainer, can be all the difference.
