They can regurgitate their food "cud" like cows, but they do this voluntarily so it is not considered vomiting. Their cud usually does not leave their mouth, it is just something for them to gnaw on.

Goats can vomit. Usually when they do, they are vomiting their cud. This is sometimes referred to as "slinging their cud." If this is the case, a vet should be contacted to determine root cause.
