No. There are many products being sold that claim to make your breasts bigger, but none of them have been properly scientifically tested and shown to be effective.

Breasts enlarge naturally during puberty, during pregnancy, and secondary to pituitary tumors that secrete prolactin.

Absolutely! But not from over-the-counter herbal pills. Real estrogen will cause real breast growth. From my personal experience, the best regimen is a combination of estrogen cream rubbed directly on the breasts and nipples (like Premarin cream, but there are less expensive creams) twice daily, estrogen pills (like Premarin estrogen replacement pills, but there are less expensive estrogen pills), and direct injection of estrogen in oil into the breasts (estradiol valerate injection). But some estrogen is in peanut oil, which can cause allergic reactions. I went from a 36 nothing to a 40 B in a year. Of course you cannot buy real estrogen in the U.S. without a doctor's prescription but there are overseas pharmaceuticals that will sell these products without a prescription you can walk across the Mexican boarder and buy them, and there are some U.S. and Canadian online pharmacies that will only ask a few questions before prescribing Everyone will tell you not to self-medicate, and I have no medical training -- and I do not endorse doing what I am doing. I am just saying that it works. Men like me, who want to grow female breasts, have a psychological problem. But, men like me, who want to grow female breasts, are willing to suffer the possible side-effects and legal problems of buying and using estrogen. The side-effects that I have experienced are weight gain (you cannot gain fat in the breasts without gaining fat generally in the body), reduction of body hair, increase in head hair growth, and mild allergic reaction to the peanut oil (which has largely subsided the longer I take it -- itching, sneezing, coughing runny nose). I don't know what all this estrogen is doing to my liver, prostate, heart, vessels, etc., and I don't really want to know. I just want to have large female breasts. Like I said, men who want to grow breasts have a psychological problem -- but I am loving it. I can no long swim or take off my shirt in public; I cannot wear T-shirts; I cannot get an erection and can ejaculate only with the greatest effort. My penis and testicles have reduced in size. It appears that male breasts are largely (pun) similar to female breasts -- just undeveloped because of the abundance of testosterone and lack of estrogen. If you are considering this, just understand what it will do to you. P.S., many articles that I have read say that when a male takes all this estrogen, his sexual desire will decrease. Taking estrogen is a good way to grow boobs even for a man. Progesterone and Prolactin help too.

It takes a fairly high dose though.

Different people have different hormone levels naturally and so sometimes there are flat chested women and huge chested men.

I once read of a man growing boobs while his wife was pregnant. Sometimes hormonal changes happen for strange reasons!

yes there were men that do have large breasts specially obese men. men's breast are also called "man boobs".

To some extent. Taking oestrogen(female hormone) can prompt a certain amount of breast development. Huge doses of testosterone, as in sports doping can also trigger breast development.
