Of course. Okra is a very nutritious food. But most doctors would say a pregnant woman should not eat too many fried foods nor too much junk food. Her fetus is depending on her for nutrition, and fried foods or junk food do not generally provide the vitamins and other nutrients needed.
Pregnant women may eat anything they can safely eat when htey are not pregnant, well done of course....

Yes, you can eat the whole okra pod, including the skin and seeds. Young, tender okra is often used in various dishes, such as gumbo or fried as a snack. Just be sure to wash it thoroughly before cooking, as it can have a slimy texture when cut. Some people prefer to slice or cook it to reduce the sliminess.

pregnant women can eat dry prawns
ANSWER:Either as fried okra or in a recipe called okra and tomatos.Take two 12 ounce cans or 3 cups skinned, crushed tomatos and about 2 cups of okra cut in slices about 3/8 inch long. Add this to a soup pot, add a little water if necessary and cook until the okra is no longer crunchy. Add salt and pepper to taste. The last time I cooked this, my wife had never tried it because the only okra she had eaten was cooked whole in a soup and was slimy. I got 1 bowl, she ate the rest.
Pregnant women can, in fact, eat goat meat. Generally, though, pregnant women should check with their doctors for personal advice before consuming it.
