Testosterone doesn't cause pregnancy in itself. Even if it were possible for a high level to produce sperm in women, the storage and delivery system is missing!! There's no way this amazing theory could ever work. Human bodies are way too complex and intricately made to be easily changed.

To get a woman pregnant, you simply have to fertilize the egg. Any time you have sex, there is a chance of conception. Some methods of Birth Control can reduce the risk to minimal (acceptable?) levels, but all require some percentage chance. For example, modern birth control pills can reduce the risks to less than one-tenth of one percent. In all cases, the method used must be used correctly. If you wear a condom part of the time or miss pills on a regular basis, then the control will be less effective.

Note that family planning or withdrawl methods are completely ineffective forms of birth control. Further, the ONLY perfect solution form both pregnancy and STD transmission is complete abstinence. (That's also the least fun method of birth control, which is why it is rarely - if ever - used effectively.)

If you mean a hermaphrodite, it depends if there are male reproductive parts that are fertile. If you mean a so called "shemale" that many mistake for a woman the answer is yes. A "shemale" is a transgender man, a man born as a man and who just gte surgery to have breasts or hormonal treatment to get them. Those are the only "women with male parts" I can think of.
