Throbbing inside the gum under the tooth. When you bend over you can feel a pressure. If not looked after by your dentist it can cause pain in your jaw and ear. Unless you go months (which you won't because of the pain) it's not fatal, but could do some bone damage to the jaw. Your dentist will probably put you on a regiment of antibiotics before touching the tooth. Then a root canal may be done or an extraction. Sounds terrible, but I've had 2 done and it isn't painful. See your dentist to have it checked out.
