Whether biting and chewing the side of your mouth can lead to cancer, I hope others will give their input. However, I can see where it might lead to infection (depending how deep). Still, I believe you should be asking yourself why you are biting, tearing, and chewing perfectly good mouth tissue that is there to serve a purpose. It may be just a bad habit, or maybe something that goes deeper. You should consult a health care professional for advice. Anyway you look at it, pulling apart your skin is not a good idea. I'm not saying this to be funny, but out of concern for you.

no. cancer isn't something you cant catch, you can have sex share water and so on with a person with cancer totally save. humans immun system is too strong for the cancer to get past.
