Yes, it is. Especially some breeds like the Pug or dogs with pushed in noses. Some other breeds may snore when very tired (and they dream too.) You may see their legs moving as if they are running; eyes flickering or tail wagging and perhaps a growl or two (similar to human sleeping behavior). If the snoring is constant, and every day, and deep, dogs should be checked by a trained veterinarian, as a precautionary measure. If the sound is bothersome or disturbs the canine's sleep, a veterinarian may be able to suggest treatment for it. It is ok, just a sign that the dog is relaxed.
