I had two lots of double cortisone injections into a frozen shoulder last year. On both occasions I had a very extended bleed on my next menstruation, the first time for 7 weeks, the second for 6 weeks, the bleeding only stopping with the prescription of further hormones from my GP. Keep your fingers crossed!! I know I will never have another steroid injection again!
