My partner is taking Pregabalin for pain relief and has become totally addicted to these, the effect they have on him is frightening. His mood changes and well being alter with the amount he takes, if he has a particularly bad day he will overuse but then on the days he has do do without he is physically and mentally down down down and hurting.
