No they are a surface problem.
It can happen. There is a condotion known as BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) that can narrow the urethra and restrict urine flow. This can also occur with prostate cancer.
An enlargement of the prostate gland may restrict the flow of urine from the bladder. The prostate gland grows larger due to an increase in the number of cells, hyperplasia.
It restricts current flow
it increases blood flow. that's what gets you high.
restrict flow
The male ureter travels down through the center of the prostate gland. If the prostate gland expands (called "benign prostatic hypertrophy", or "BPH"), it expands in all directions, as Einstein taught us. Not only does it get bigger growing outwards, it gets smaller growing inwards. This constricts the ureter, slowing the flow of urine, sometimes to a bare dribble.
If the Urine is in the bladder and does not flow, you put a catheter through the urethra.
A urine flow test evaluates the speed of urination, or amount voided per second, and the total time of urination.
Resistors are like funnels, they restrict the flow of current.
.
A dam is built across a river to restrict the flow of water.
Resistance. Where as in an electrical circuit there are resistors that restrict the flow of electricity
