Oh i can tell you with out a doubt it does. I have broken my back in 3 places 3 times over the past 10 years and I'm also a fibromiligia suffer so i know all to well what pain is like " there's a few more things wrong with me but hell I'm not going to attempt to spell them ;-) "
I use to smoke it for the pain and the trick is little and often, if you have smoked it before then think of what you would put normally into a join then take 3/4's of it out and only smoke the 1/4 " yes i know this sounds strange but believe me it works " your aim here is not to get stoned " hay i might be wrong lol " but to relive your pain, so smoke that joint and get another one ready to go.
The first one wont do much for you but it will get the good stuff in to your system. if it takes the edge off the pain then all is good, if it don't then don't worry just have another joint, remember to roll them with as little weed as you can get away with.
Keep doing this until the desired amount of pain relive is achived, then it's just a matter of topping your self up as and when needed.
