absolutly not, though if you are currently expierincing anxiety it may feel like it can. many daunting uncontrollable thoughts may run through your mind. very common ones being:
am i going to die, am i going insane, will i feel like this forever, is this simple headache a brain tumour (or something along those lines). you may especially feeling like you could die during an anxiety or panic attack but remember the worse that can happen is that you faint.
im thinking the only way anxiety can kill you is if you are say 102 years old and on your way out anyway (and god i hope you not, that be orquad lol)
