Being obese increases your risk of stroke, heart attack, liver problems, heart problems, increased risk of Diabetes, increased risk of cholesterol...it affects people mentally and physically...it can affect circulation, increase the risk of some cancers and reduces your life expectancy. Being a healthy weight is obviously more benficial to your body allowing it to function more effectively.
