Take this advice from a person who is just finishing puberty and passed AP Biology: You don't "overheat" alot, but your sweat glands do develop during puberty. You may sweat more than you previously did before hitting puberty, therefore requiring more showers to get rid of the stench. If you do feel like you are actually "overheating" and it is not what I described, you should talk to your parents (embarrising, I know, but do it anyway) and try to get an appointment with a doctor (and don't go to one of those minute clinics, go to your actual doctor).
