Beta blockers can produce a mild fatiguing sensation. However, if your fatigue is significant, this could be an indicator of some restenosis (or blockage) of coronary arteries. A coronary angiogram (like the one you had in May, 2010, when the stents were first placed) may need to be redone - in order to check for coronary artery blockages. (Yes, sometimes, they can occur within several months of the initial stent placements, especially if you haven't been getting enough anticoagulant activity from your aspirin (or Plavix .. or Coumadin ... or other anticoagulant).

Above all else, check with your physician about your particular situation, and inquire about the possibility of some diagnostic testing. (Your GP would have to refer you back to your cardiologist for this type of testing, of course.)
