Yes it is. I had a near death experience with Rhinitis (Hay Fever). My friends and i were fooling around in a barn and all of the sudden my eyes got puffy and itchy, my throat started swelling and i was wheezing very loudly. I had to be rushed to the hospital. RHINITIS IS VERY MUCH LIKE Asthma but rhinitis is only caused by pollen e.g. Trees, different types of grasses, ragweed and of course hay.
