Can you do anything about your nearsightedness I need new glasses but can't get them til next year?
The normal solution, as you probably know, is to get corrective lenses (either eyeglasses or contact lenses). It is also possible to get laser eye surgery, atlhough I have to warn you that this is riskier than getting corrective lenses. Just get a pair of glasses, that should work perfectly well. I wear glasses myself.
