You really should stick with bland foods for a week or more after a bout of gastroenteritis while trying small amounts of other foods slowly to see if your system tolerates that before completely going back to your usual eating habits, and especially many things available at Taco Bell. Fried, high acid (e.g., tomato and lime), and spicy foods should be avoided to give your stomach and intestines time to "cool down" and rest from the inflammation of the gastroenteritis. I'd skip the Taco Bell for now or you might get a repeat flare up.

Viral gastroenteritis caused by the Noroviruses is the most common type of gastroenteritis that causes the symptoms many people call stomach flu, but it can also be caused by bacteria. Stomach flu is a misnomer and this disease is really not the flu/influenza, which is a respiratory system disease. Stomach flu is not a medical diagnosis. It is also called Norwalk Flu besides the more correct medical term of viral gastroenteritis.
