If it's continually bleeding, you've damaged an internal process -- a bone and/or cartilage structure that is re-injuring the tissue. It's off to the ENT for you, as this often requires minor surgery. If it's off and on, you're still somehow re-opening a wound. Until it heals, avoid blowing your nose or pinching your nose. After 3 days though, it's time to see a doc. Note -- beyond the scope of first aid here.
