It's technically possible and mostly a matter of timing.

The build-up of tissue in the uterus that provides a place for the fertilised ovum to implant precedes the sloughing off of that tissue which provides the menstrual flow when there is no pregnancy. This means that if you have intercourse about 2 weeks before what would have been your first period, you may be pregnant.

It is also possible to have an ovarian tumor which might give rise to a positive pregnancy test.
