Fizzy drinks are full of sugars and sweeteners. All of these things erode your braces. I recommend drinking it through a straw unless you know that you can properly clean your teeth a little while after:)
Drink fizzy juice! When i had dark blue braces, they turned kind of turqouise because i ate curry, then i went on holidays and drank Sprite and the original colour of blue returned! And i have purple braces at the minute and i ate curry but i decided to drink 7up with it so the colour would return straight away, but turns out 7up isn't the same as sprite and it made the purple a grayish colour but THEN, there now i drank fanta orange and the colour returned!! :)
