If not, then the individual needs to find a way to downsize this. If they don't and they are asking themselves the question above then they already know the answer. Without emotions a person internalizes stressful situations and it can come out in other ways such as anger outbursts; drugs (including alcohol addiction); aches and pains; upset stomachs and general poor health.
