You will not die without a bladder IF there is a way for urine to exit the body. Surgeons cut a small hole through the lower abdomen where a urinary bag is placed to collect urine. This bag must be emptied multiple times a day AND changed on a schedule. So it is not a nice replacement for a urinary bladder but there is no other choice.
