I was wondering the same thing. We have been trying for 11 months and nothing :/ but this time I'm feeling really crampy like I might have a uti. Not sure if I'm prego or have a uti.
One has nothing to do with the other. You get a bladder infection from bacteria entering the bladder.
He is being treated for a bladder infection.
Keep being her friend and learn from her mistake.
If you mean leak urine, then nervousness, being excited, or poor bladder control could be the issue, or possible a urinary tract infection. If the dog is not spayed, the she could be in heat, which is a time or ovulation in which a dog could become pregnant, and she should be kept away from male dogs.
Yes it is possible. Some women have a lot of yeast infections during pregnancy while others can have a lot of UTIs. Usually thought UTIs are present during the third trimester, not the first. Do a pregnancy test and treat the UTI.
White cells are a sign of infection. If you have them in your urine it probably means you have some type infection in your urinary tract. Your period should not have white cells being secreted because there is no infection.
You can swim if you have a urinary tract infection, but you should only do so after being on anti-biotics to treat the infection. if you are just coming over a urinary tract infection, and you are done with or are tword the end of your anti-biotics there should not be a problem, but there is always the chance the infection could come back. Swim at your disgression
You could be. But the yeast infection would not be a result of being pregnant. Yeast infections after ovulation could be a result of high estrogen levels.
Nope. Doctors have some pretty fancy ways of being sure it is a STD vs. Bladder infection. bladder infections will show a high amount of white blood cells in the urine and some times blood, well most of the time. the likelyhood of them being confused is almost nil.. you'd have to have a really dumb technician working in the lab who tainted the sample to get thosed results.
I've had that problem too, but I don't think it's caused by being pregnant. It's more likely a urinary tract infection or a vaginal infection, both of which can be more common when you're pregnant (I've had both). You should see your doctor so you can get medicine if you need it.
Yes-- The bladder is a muscle that stretches to hold urine and contracts when the urine is released. Waiting long causes the bladder to stretch beyond its capacity which over a period of time can weaken the bladder muscle. When the bladder is weakened it may not empty completely and some urine is left in the bladder which may increase the risk of urinary tract infection or bladder infection.
That is what some sites claim. It did not work for me, if what I did counts. I took high quality cranberry supplement tablets. They did nothing. That UTI/bladder infection was the sickest I ever remember being, at home. I had a very high fever, and a strong antibiotic finally got rid of the infection. Cranberry juice is delicious and healthful, but don't mess with bladder infections. It's a step away from some serious kidney involvement.
