I also wanted to know that information. I have had a spinal fusion at L5-S1. The answer is no. Any fusion surgery is a disqualifcation. I am bummed too:( Sorry!!!
I am 38 with prior service and wanting to join the Army. I also have a L5-S1 fusion. My recruiter said that it might be possible to get a waiver for this and join. But I also have no physical complications from having the surgery back in 2001.Help please
