There are some ways you can tell. Obviously, skin color plays a big role in where you're from. Hispanic people may have medium-to-dark skin tones, and African Americans usually have pretty dark skin tones. With some people, like most Asians, you can tell sort of by the shape and size of their eyes. Also, note their hair color. People who are red-haired and have fair skin are likely to be Irish or Scottish. Germans, and Swedes, tend to have light hair. I am half-German, and I have brown hair. Greeks and Armenians tend to have dark, often rich and thick hair. I am half greek, and I half my greek mothers dark eyebrows, and my fathers green eyes and brown-blonde hair. This may sound weird, but it is true that many Greeks, Italians, and Armenians have more prominent noses and chins. If you are not sure about a person's physical features, then their clothes can probably tell you a little about where they live. Be aware that figuring out a person by their looks is NOT racist, so don't worry. I hope I helped!
