No. Your supposed to put it on after step one (cleanser). Then you put on step 2 and 3.

i use proactiv, and it is VERY affective. i find that the mask that you can buy works EXTREMLY well, and i would suggest getting it.

Go with the wave if you just get some mild pimples or you have rough or dry skin. If you use the wave, you should put moisturizer on after you use it. Proactiv is really more serious and for more sever acne so it's really which ever severity you have.

The company says that it is meant to be used 2 or 3 times a week. Clean the face, then apply the mask. Let it dry on the skin for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water. The first time you use it, avoid other acne products right afterwards. If your skin feels ok, you can apply the repairing lotion to a small patch to make sure you're not causing irritation. If that's ok, then you can probably use the lotions as you normally would.
