Not likely. Just don't stress - it might make you be even more late - and wait for another week or so.

You took a home pregnancy test the other day It was negative you have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms and still have not had a period Could you be pregnant?

Yes you could be!!! The test could have a negative response for a number of reasons!!!1. you took the test too early.2. it could be the test, if you have doubts... try a different brand of test and more than one. Otherwise see your doctor.

If you have taken a pregnancy test that came back positive and took another brand of pregnancy test and that came up negative could you still be pregnant?

it is very possible you need to see your doctor. My cousin did not know she was pregnant until 5 months in because she was having periods! go see your doctor. it is also possible you could have miscarried

Your operiod is due today and you took a test yesterday and it was negative could you be pregnant?

The normal pregnancy tests that aren't super fancy will usually only tell you if you are pregnant by the first day of your missed period- so if you used that kind, then yes, you could still be pregnant. If you used a super expensive kind that specifically says it'll tell you days in advance, then no, you couldn't be. Get another test done- they are like four bucks if you get the Kroger brand at Smith's.

Are you pregnant if you had little to no bleeding and had a 1 positive pregnancy test and 2 negative pregnancy test?

It is rare that you will get a false positive. Make sure you are reading the directions correctly on the box for each pregnancy test you take. They need to be on a flat, dry surface and left alone until the time limit in the directions. If you had some bleeding/spotting this could be implantation bleeding which is common in your first symptoms of pregnancy. I only tested positive on a Clearblue pregnancy test. No other test would give me a positive. So it could also be the brand you are using. I wouldn't recommend dollar store pregnancy tests. Pregnancy tests aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I took a home pregnancy test the other day I was ten days late for my period when I took the test I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms I still haven't had my period Could I be pregnant?

Possibly. Take a test if you miss your next period

I am one and a half weeks late for my period and can I be pregnant and not know having taken 2 tests with one positive and one negative?

Hi there. Yes it does indeed sound like you are pregnant. You most likely got the negative pregnancy test because you did the test when there wasn't a sufficent amount of HCG in your urine or because you used a different brand of test which isn't very reliable. You need to see your doctor sweetheart for a blood test to confirm the pregnancy. You will ONLY get a positive test when HCG has been detected in your urine and HCG is only produced during pregnancy. See your doctor for a QUANTITATIVE BETA HCG blood test. This will confirm the pregnancy. Best Wishes.

Can a blood test determine a pregnancy when a urine test and home test said negative?

The blood test will detect pregnancy earlier than a home pregnancy test, but if you have waited long enough for the home test to be accurate (this varies between tests, but some are accurate a few days after a missed period...the home test boxes will tell you this information), then you could have the blood test IF you think you got a false-negative on your home test. It would be less expensive to repeat the home test than to go for a blood test. Maybe try a different brand? A blood test will determine a pregnancy if you are pregnant, but if your home test was "reliable" (i.e. negative) then I would not bother with the blood test. You may want to ask a more specific question. I could think you are worried about having a blood test for a physical or insurance qualification...whatever...and you want to make sure your results would be negative. Unless they are specifically testing for pregnancy, they will not be told by the lab "oh, by the way, she is pregnant." Then again, what immediately struck my heart was the fact that you may be trying to get pregnant and when your home test was negative, you had an urgent need to know if in fact you could be pregnant. In this case, the blood test would afford you tremendous peace of mind. This way, you would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are or are not pregnant. If you took the home-urine test too early, then there is a chance you have gotten a false negative. In this case, yes, a blood test could find pregnancy when the home test did not. Haslots to do with timing, accuracy of testing method, reliability of the test (check expiration date) etc... Whatever the case, I hope you are successful in whatever you do want to happen!

My gf has been possibly pregnant for a month and we took the test at night after she drank a bottle of water We used a life brand pregnancy test it gave us a negative How accurate is our reading?

The urine was likely too diluted. Retest with the first urine of the morning.

Could you not throw up while your pregnant and still be pregnant?

Ofcourse. Not all pregnant women get nausea, just most of them. Brand yourself lucky.

What if you have all the symptoms your pregnant but the test says no?

Please repeat the test of reputed brand by doctor. Or else Ultrasonography will confirm or otherwise about pregnancy.

If the pregnancy test band is lighter than the control band it means this is pregnant?

Yes. The test result only depends on the two lines appearing. But it also may be a false positive, but not because of the lighter brand.
