Did Goku die by a heart disease?

Well, at first, no. But Trunks (Bulma and Vegeta's son) comes to the past and gives Goku an antidote. Trunks tells Krillin that if Goku takes the medicine, he will heal in about 10 days time. But, in those small ten days, Cell comes from underground to kill Android 16, 17, and 18. (Dr. Gero makes him, but, realizing that it is to complicated for him, makes a computer do all of the work while he works on the other androids (Yes, Cell is an android). Dr. Gero makes Cell with literally everyone's power (Tien, Goku, Piccolo, Krillin, Vegeta, etc.) due to the fact there was a minute (MY-newt; little) computer following Goku's every move, except when he was in outer space, gathering all of his friend's cells. (hence the name Cell).

In the episode 131, "Our Hero Awakens", Goku finally wakes up. And when he does, to prove he's okay, he picks up ChiChi and spins her around, and, at the same time, accidentally throwing her in the air. He then informs ChiChi and Roshi that he to will try to claim the level above Super Saiyan, as Vegeta is trying to do. He tells Roshi that he will need about a year to do it. Roshi then freaks out, saying, "A year?! That's a long time!" Goku then says, "Sure it is. But we both know a place where I can do it in a day." Meaning, he's going to Kami's to use the time chamber. ChiChi lets Goku take Gohan with him to train. Goku then teleports to where the rest of his friends were. Krillin says that he wished Goku was there, then Goku appeared on the airplane they were on. Krillin then starts crying and hugs Goku so hard, he breaks the back of the plane. Krillin then notes that their "ride" was leaving, so, Tien tells Yamcha to "swing around and grab those two". When Goku sees Piccolo, he says, "Kamiccolo!" as in, a combination of Kami and Piccolo, since they fused together. Piccolo then says that his name is still the same. Goku survives the disease.
