Pills are for Type 2 diabetics. Type 1 diabetics use shots or an insulin pump.
Shots are more effective at delivering Vitamin B12. With pills the dosage needs to be higher.
Friends have developed diabetes from cortisone shots in the spine.
Insulin shots should be given approximately 4-6 hours apart to effectively manage diabetes.
Yes, your handicap directly relates to how many shots you get. In strokeplay, a handicap of 10 would give you 10 shots. In matchplay you would get the difference between your handicap and your opponents, or have to give them shots. Some competitions stipulate that 3/4 of the difference be given.
Considering that there is absolutely no cure for type one (insulin dependant), type two would be the one that can be controled. I have had type one Juvinile diabetes for nine years now, and I can manage it just the way a person with type two can, but I cannot take pills, and I have to take shots. It will also not go away. The difference between type one and type two, after you boil it down, is just about everything. But that's getting off topic, sorry. So, the type you're talking about is type two. =)
114 is a perfect reading. And type one diabetes, you can't just get. It's hereditary. Unless you want type two diabetes, which most obese people have a high risk of getting. And have to be put on pills, or shots. I am a type one diabetic for 12 years.
with medicine , pills. depends on if you don't control it like your suppose to, and if that's the case you will have to inject insulin. insulin shots will be for life really.
Well, diabetes happens when your pancreas stops working. When you have Type 1 Diabetes (like me), your pancreas makes no insulin at all. Most people take shots or use an insulin pump. Type 1 Diabetes can not go away. This type usually happens in children. Type 2 Diabetes usually happens in adults. Sometimes Type 2 Diabetes can go away. Most people who have Type 2 can lose weight to end their Diabetes. Most people with this usually take pills instead of shots. :) Hope this helps... :P
A scene can contain multiple shots. A shot is one isolated take.
A rally is an exchange of shots between players, while a volley is a type of shot which involves hitting the ball before it bounces on the ground.
No growth pills for height do not work. If you have an underdeveloped pituitary gland your doctor may give you growth hormone shots that stimulate growth.
People with type 1 diabetes need to take insulin. With type 1 diabetes the pancreas no longer produces sufficient insulin. In order to control blood glucose levels, type 1 diabetics need to use insulin injections. Insulin cannot be taken orally, it is only available as an injection.
