If you are autistic and relate to one sex more than the other that is entirely normal, but there is no certainty that if you are male you will relate to males more.

It is a common belief that females are as likely to be autistic as males but because of our limited understanding of how it manifests in females we can miss diagnose autistic females or they can go without any support.
