i have never heard of such a thing. a doctor will surely know. i think it WILL NOT cure eczema, i don't even think it's going to help. clorox will ruin your skin, seriously. it has NaOCl i think, the 'O' very reactive, very oxidising. your skin will be under attack! DO NOT USE IT FOR BATHS. clorox is a very strong alkaline i think, we sometimes use it to wash clothes. strong alkaline compounds are severely irritant. eczema is a dry skin condition. it gets very itchy. if you use clorox on your fragile dry skin it's going to get even worse!
DO NOT BATHE IN CLOROX, IT IS VERY DANGEROUS. i don't know where you heard this from so i suggest you go to a doctor and see what he thinks.

Clorox, or bleach, baths may help some individuals with eczema by reducing bacteria on the skin and decreasing the frequency of flare-ups. However, it's essential to dilute the bleach properly—typically one cup of regular household bleach in a full bathtub of water—and to consult with a healthcare provider before trying this treatment. Not everyone with eczema will benefit from bleach baths, and improper use can irritate the skin further. Always prioritize personalized medical advice for managing eczema.

Powdered oatmeal in a bath can help with itching from chickenpox, although it doesn't provide a cure. You can buy specially prepared bath oatmeal in the store, or can use a blender or food processor to pulverize the regular oats from your kitchen.
