Rodent
incisors
A rodents and horse have incisors that will continue to grow and need to be worn down through chewing. Like all mammals the teeth of both rodents and horses have deep roots.
Not front teeth (incisors), but they have big sideteeth (canines).
Since cattle do not have a top row of incisors, they wrap their tongue around the grass stalks and pull the grass out (not by the roots) and eat it.
herbivores only eat plants so they need big teeth to grind down the plants but they also need incisors to actually tear the leaf off the plant.

My incisors are the sharp, front teeth used for biting and cutting food.
