  • Most people who grieve over someone very close to them that have died feel they may go crazy, but seldom do. Grief is such an intense feeling that sometimes a person suffering from the grief may feel they are losing control; become depressed; feel lost and bewildered without them; may fill their grief with over-eating or not eating enough; cry constantly. It is a good thing when one feels such intense grief to phone Mental Health and find a counseled group of people who are grieving so he/she no longer feels so alone in their grief and can find tools through the counseling process to deal with their intense grief. Time does heal.
