Real contractions typically begin in the uterus and can feel like a tightening or cramping sensation that often starts in the lower abdomen or back, rather than at the top of the bump. As they progress, they can radiate throughout the belly, but they do not specifically start at the top and move downward. The sensation can vary from person to person, but most women describe the feeling as waves of pressure. It's important to note that every labor experience is unique.
When a woman is 100 percent effaced, it means the cervix has fully thinned out in preparation for labor. However, the onset of real contractions can vary significantly from person to person. For some, contractions may start almost immediately, while for others, it could take several hours or even days before active labor begins. Monitoring for contractions and consulting with a healthcare provider is essential during this stage.
Not really. They will start again eventually but if they stopped it probably was a false alarm and you may have to wait just a little longer for the real show to start.
yes
Snapple top "Real Fact" #807 Shakespeare invented the words "assassination" and "bump."
No, Beyonce's baby bump is not fake. You're probably wondering because of her baby bump folding on an interview? Well, with all the millions of dollars spent on hair, clothes, and shoes, would she really get the shittiest fake baby bump to go on a live tv show? If she were going to fake a pregnancy do you think she would wear a bump that would fold before she sat down? Really? Come on people.
She would only get contractions if she was going into labour early. She might experience Braxton Hicks contractions which are the body's way of preparing for labour. They are not real contractions but many people mistake them for real contractions and think they are going into labour. If they get worse and worse and begin coming regularly, it is important to go to the hospital straightaway
It will bleed and it hurts real bad and things get real bad
False labor, or Braxton-Hicks contractions usually occur in the 2 weeks prior to real labor, especially with the first childbirth.

There are no "fake contractions," except when women pretend to be in labor. There is false labor, which is contractions (usually mild and irregular) which do not change the cervix. (Labor is defined as progressive change--dilation and effacement--of the cervix.) Braxton Hicks contractions are real contractions, but very irregular. They can occur any time after 32 weeks of pregnancy, and are usually no more than 2 to 3 an hour.
Sometimes they can lead to some cervical change (including dilation, softening of the cervix, etc.). This is why it's important to call your care provider if you are having lots of Braxton Hicks contractions before you reach "full term" (or 37 weeks). On the other hand, even if your Braxton Hicks contractions are dilating your cervix, they might still be helping to rotate your baby into an optimal position for labor or even toning your uterus in preparation for labor. So even the contractions that aren't "real labor" are still doing something!
