Yes women do tend to experience bloating before and during their period. Its normal although most would prefer it didn't happen. Pills work very well for that. For example, midol takes care of bloating as well as any other symptoms you may have. The trick is ti take it at least a day or two before your period that way it's in your system. By doing this the pills will start to work.
