Probably not. The central nervous system of a worm is very primitive. Emotions are processed in the limbic system, something that is not found in earthworms. Earthworms only have 2 ganglia that function as a "brain" of some sort.

Given that they possess endorphins, there is still a chance that they do, but even then there is almost no way that they experience higher-order emotions like mammals do.
