It varies. Often the child don't lose weight but get taller so it evens it out. Just eat healthy and exercise and wait until you are out of puberty at 18-20. You are like a bun in the oven so we have no idea how you will turn out.

i suppose it helps them lose weight and they feel like its controlling there weight because they are sticking to a plan when really its making no difference the simple fact is that the only way to lose weight properly is by exercising.
well puppy fat can go at anytime!! it may happen near puberty or after, girls may gain weight during puberty so you can lose it and feel like you gained it again (but you have not). when you lose puppy fat it feels as if you have just lost weight no different to losing weight itself. some people don't lose there puppy fat till much later on in life but most lose it between the ages of 9-14 I hope this helped you xx
