Certainly! Some girls get their periods in fourth grade or even younger. If everyone stopped growing after they got their period we would all look like babies. You usually even grow a little after high school. You may not get much taller after high school but your body still changes. You develop a more womanly figure.

Menarche occurs as you go into puberty, it's one of many aspects of puberty and the average age of menarche is 13 years old - if we didn't grow any more after menarche we'd all look like 13 year olds as adults! Most women will continue to grow in height until around 18 years old, and will continue to develop into their twenties.
