Does Cetaphil help with acne

Cetaphil doesn't directly help with acne. Cetaphil is non-comedogenic, that means that it has been tested and will not clog pores. Cetaphil is just a mild soap or lotion, depending on which cetaphil product you are using, that does not clog pores and has been tested to be hypoallergenic and fragrance-free. Most acne fighting products contain Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid, as they are the current most popular treatments. Prescriptions contain different chemicals and you would need to discuss them with a doctor. Some acne masks may contain sulfur as a way to control oily skin, as oily skin can lead to clogged pores and a breakout. If you want to try acne products and have sensitive skin you should find a non-comedogenic acne product line and if you have sensitive skin you should also look for hypoallergenic. Cetaphil is a moisturizing hand cream designed for moisturizing skin. Not clearing skin. In fact, it may clog your pores and actually cause acne. So the short answer is no.

Try Panoxil soap it comes in 5% and 10%. You can get this at Wal Mart or your local Pharmacy might carry it. It runs about $6 or $7 a bar but it's worth it and it lasts a long time.
